RESILIENCE COUNSELING
MEET ANDREW
I am passionate about mental health and how it impacts our relationships,
sense of self, and capacity for thriving and resilience in our every day lives.
I am eager to provide our community with an integrated approach to mental health and counseling.
Andrew Arnold, MA, LCPC, LMAC
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor
I am passionate about helping others find hope and healing. I have been a licensed counselor since 2016, and have gained a wealth of experience since. I became an EMDR Level II trained provider in 2015 and provided DBT-informed treatment with individual and group settings from 2016-2018. I received my clinical level license in counseling in 2019, as well as my addiction counseling license.
After graduation I worked in a private practice and soon after began working in inpatient psychiatric hospitals. In 2018 I opened my own practice and have been excited to watch it grow over the past several years. In 2020 I left my hospital job and now focus solely on working with my clients and growing my private practice.

Specializing in Addiction, Trauma, & Self-Discovery
Addiction
Are you struggling with drug, alcohol, or another type of addiction? Is it numbing you from experiencing and being present to the life unfolding around you?

Maybe you've been trying for a long time to give up something that is negatively impacting your life with little success. If this sounds like you coming to therapy is a good place to begin on your journey toward health.

Trauma
Trauma can be implicit (harmful messages we are sent throughout life) or explicit (experiences of terror, being out of control, abuse).

Our bodies typically take on the brunt of these experiences and we need a safe place to process these sensations.

Traumatic memories, experiences, and relationships can impact our ability to be present and experience happiness, joy, and peace in our everyday life and relationships.
Self-Discovery
Maybe you aren't sure about your mental health struggles or just want a place to feel safe, seen, and heard. No matter the reason to come to therapy it is all valid and welcomed. We will work with you to discover what you want out of life and how to achieve that through connection with your whole self - mind, body, and emotions.
